HitPointsPlus is an 18+ arcade. We do not want child accounts. Age is a claim you make at signup, not a government ID check in this version. If someone under 18 gets through, adults still must not target them. A report stores a hash, not the message.
If a law later requires a stronger age check, HitPointsPlus may ask an age-check provider before creating an account. No provider is used now.
Acceptance
Signup already asks for the Terms and the 18+ claim. That checkbox is the clickwrap: “I have read and agree to the English text of the Terms of Use and the Legal page.” A footer link alone is not the acceptance. Launching a cartridge after an accepted account is use under those terms. The binding text is English.
Cartridge access and fair play
These platform and game rules apply to Era Weaver and later HitPointsPlus cartridges. Paid cartridge access is the only required charge. Optional skins, armour appearances, and avatar models may be sold, but change appearance only, not rank or gameplay advantage. These rules do not announce a working checkout or an item currently for sale.
No paid mechanic may change HitPointsPlus HP, award or transfer a trophy, buy a board place, or affect a match. Moderator, tester, and owner seats are not sold, leased, or traded. Accounts are not for sale.
In-game currency has no cash value. It is used only inside its cartridge, cannot be redeemed outside it, and is not sold for real money.
Harassment and slurs are refused. Adults of any religion, lifestyle, or political belief may hold a seat. A belief does not permit harassment of another person.
Cheats, unauthorized memory edits, and unauthorized copying or distribution of game files misuse HitPointsPlus copyright and break these rules. The operator may close the seat and pursue remedies available under law. Acts and rights expressly protected by statute remain protected.
Platform and cartridge use
You get a license to use HitPointsPlus and the free cartridges in your browser for private play. You do not own HitPointsPlus IP, and you do not own the Crazy Horse Gaming Engine. The license is personal, non-transferable, and revocable. Later, a paid title would be a one-time grant on the account. That grant is not for sale here yet. Local cache is not ownership.
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract cartridge assets, engine scripts, or the Three.js compilation, except where a statute says you may. We may suspend the account and seek civil remedies. We do not promise a prosecution.
Service and liability
The service and cartridges are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, HitPointsPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. No exclusion or limit applies where a statute forbids it. Each party bears its own fees and costs unless a court orders otherwise.
The arcade, the Crazy Horse Gaming Engine, and the cartridges are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent the law allows. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uptime, and device compatibility, to that same extent. You are responsible for the browser, drivers, and hardware. We are not liable, to the extent the law allows, for a crash, heat, lost local data, or a hardware fault from running a cartridge on the engine.
We do not exclude liability where that would be unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or a non-excludable consumer guarantee. Australia, New Zealand, and similar regimes keep those guarantees. If you paid nothing, a money cap has nothing to cap; if you later pay for a cartridge, liability for a contract claim is capped, to the extent the law allows, at what you paid HitPointsPlus for that cartridge in the twelve months before the claim.
Fiction and influence
No pornography on HitPointsPlus. Do not incite real-world harm. Users may not post sexual, gore, or illegal material on profiles or in chat; we may remove it. There are no public comments.
Cartridges are fiction. They are not an instruction, a diagnosis, or a model for real-world violence, crime, or self-harm. You accept the risk of how you read a scene. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim liability for an act or a distress claim said to follow from play. Stop if flashing light, motion, or sound aggravates a condition. A photosensitivity seizure is possible even with no known history.
Language
English is the controlling text. A translation, a dialect line, or a community correction is not a second contract. Lore may use Cree, Lakota, or another story form; that wording is not the enforcement text. A report-form correction creates no job, no IP right, and no duty to ship the change.
Cultural Integrity and Heritage Ownership
HitPointsPlus and the Crazy Horse Gaming Engine are wholly owned and operated by xaelserpent, an individual of verified Pimicikamak Cree and Lakota ancestry. The lore is a first-party creative expression of the owner's heritage and is protected under global IP laws. It is an exercise of cultural continuity and sovereign creative expression, not cultural appropriation.
Conduct
Do not put personal information on a profile or in a clan bio. No legal name, phone, address, school, workplace, or photos of minors. A Route Tree may list an X URL and other https game or social handles only.
Chat and voice are between friends. There is no public comment wall. Links cannot be sent in chat. HitPointsPlus cannot read end-to-end message bodies. Signaling metadata may exist. This device may keep a local copy.
We may suspend abuse. HitPointsPlus cartridges stay listed for as long as HitPointsPlus exists. If HitPointsPlus ever shuts down, the last published HitPointsPlus copies and the verifier are the Stop Killing Games promise. Detail comes later.
