Privacy
1. Who we are
HitPointsPlus.com runs this arcade. Contact HitPointsPlus through the report form.
2. Account
Creating an account asks for a screen name, country, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and acceptance of the Terms. A real name is not required. Country is resolved from a browser location fix using HitPointsPlus-hosted boundaries; coordinates stay on this device. Refusing the fix leaves country Unspecified.
3. Public profile
Your alias, country, About, clan, links, HitPointsPlus HP, and cartridge sheet are public. Anyone can open your profile at /u/:alias. A profile picture, creation date and country, and screen-name history are also public. Language preference stays on this device.
4. Friends and follow
Accepted friends can message each other. Follow shows who is playing; it does not grant access to messages. In this build, follows and gameplay screenshots are saved only on this device, not shared with other visitors.
5. Messages and calls
Encrypted messages may pass through HitPointsPlus briefly, but message bodies are not kept on our servers. We cannot read your call audio. A copy of a conversation may stay on this device until you clear its site data. HitPointsPlus records the two aliases, time, and thread id for a mail exchange, without a message body.
6. Play and ranks
Cartridge activity includes the cartridge id, hours played, deaths, and cartridge high score. HitPointsPlus HP is a separate rank, not that high score.
7. Ads
There is no live ad unit now. The only future display placement is the public bar, away from Join and Enter Game. The pre-game splash is not an AdSense slot. Advertising cookies require a separately configured consent tool; the current cookie notice is not a certified consent tool. Manage Google ad preferences at https://adssettings.google.com/.
Cartridge access and fair play
These platform and game rules apply to Era Weaver and later HitPointsPlus cartridges. Paid cartridge access is the only required charge. Optional skins, armour appearances, and avatar models may be sold, but change appearance only, not rank or gameplay advantage. These rules do not announce a working checkout or an item currently for sale.
No paid mechanic may change HitPointsPlus HP, award or transfer a trophy, buy a board place, or affect a match. Moderator, tester, and owner seats are not sold, leased, or traded. Accounts are not for sale.
In-game currency has no cash value. It is used only inside its cartridge, cannot be redeemed outside it, and is not sold for real money.
Harassment and slurs are refused. Adults of any religion, lifestyle, or political belief may hold a seat. A belief does not permit harassment of another person.
Cheats, unauthorized memory edits, and unauthorized copying or distribution of game files misuse HitPointsPlus copyright and break these rules. The operator may close the seat and pursue remedies available under law. Acts and rights expressly protected by statute remain protected.
Cookie choice
Necessary cookies run the seat, including the private cookie issued after a key-seat recovery phrase check. Optional cookies are off until accepted. The choice stays on this device under UK PECR, UK GDPR, EU ePrivacy/GDPR, and similar rules. No optional cookie service is installed now.
8. Age check
Age confirmation is a checkbox only unless AGE_CHECK=vendor is turned on later. No age-check provider is called now.
9. Keeping and clearing data
We do not sell personal data. We may keep ranks and public profile data while an account exists. Clearing this browser's site data removes device-held shots, threads, and follows; it does not delete public account data.
10. Adults only
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone who has not confirmed they are 18 or older.
Not legal advice; counsel should review before production.
