HitPointsPlus runs on advertisements. A gift is voluntary, not a purchase. Funds go to site upkeep, creative development, and hiring developers and writers. Change-of-mind refunds are not processed. A PayPal or card payment may still be reversed by its processor. Bitcoin payments are not reversed by HitPointsPlus. A statute may still require the return of an unauthorized payment. A gift buys no seat and no rank.

Thank you for supporting HitPointsPlus.

The service and cartridges are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, HitPointsPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. No exclusion or limit applies where a statute forbids it. Each party bears its own fees and costs unless a court orders otherwise.

Not legal advice; counsel should review before production.
